What is PerfectDay Weddings?
PerfectDay Weddings is a comprehensive wedding planning app designed to help couples organise every aspect of their special day. From managing your guest list and tracking your budget to coordinating vendors and creating your timeline, everything you need is in one place.
What can I do with the app?
The app includes tools for budget tracking, guest list management with digital RSVPs, vendor coordination, task checklists, day-of scheduling, honeymoon planning, and post-wedding wrap-up. You can collaborate with your partner, family, or wedding planner, and access everything offline when you need it.
Getting Started
Do I need to create an account?
No! You can start using PerfectDay Weddings immediately without signing up or providing any personal information. The app works anonymously by default. If you'd like to sync your data across devices or enable cloud backup, you can optionally link an email address at any time.
Can I use the app offline?
Yes, the app works fully offline. Your data is stored securely on your device, so you can plan your wedding anywhere, whether you have signal or not. Perfect for those venue visits in the countryside!
How do I sync between devices?
To sync your wedding data across multiple devices, link an email address in the app settings and enable cloud sync. Your data will be securely backed up and available on any device where you sign in with the same email.
Data & Privacy
Is my data secure?
Your data is encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption and stored locally on your device. If you enable cloud sync, your data is also encrypted in transit and stored securely in EU-based servers. We take your privacy seriously and never sell your data.
Can I export my data?
Yes! You can export your guest list, budget, and other planning data to CSV or PDF formats. This makes it easy to share with vendors, print for reference, or keep a personal backup. You can also request a full data export in JSON format through the privacy settings.
How do I delete my data?
You have full control over your data. To delete local data, simply uninstall the app. If you have cloud sync enabled, you can delete your cloud data through the app's privacy settings, or email us and we'll take care of it for you.
Features & Functionality
How does the guest RSVP feature work?
You can generate unique RSVP links for your guests and share them via text, email, or your wedding website. Guests can respond directly through the link, and their responses automatically sync to your guest list. It's the easiest way to track who's coming!
Can I invite others to help plan?
Yes! You can invite your partner, family members, or wedding planner to collaborate. You control what access they have, whether they can edit everything, help with specific areas, or just view your plans.
What's the difference between free and premium?
The free version includes all essential planning tools you need for your wedding. Premium tiers unlock advanced features like enhanced collaboration, priority support, and additional customisation options. You can upgrade anytime through the app.
Can I plan multiple weddings?
Yes! This is great for professional wedding planners or anyone helping coordinate multiple celebrations. Each wedding is kept completely separate with its own data and collaborators.
Troubleshooting
The app isn't syncing - what should I do?
First, check that you have an internet connection and that cloud sync is enabled in settings. Try closing and reopening the app. If the problem persists, try signing out and back in. Still stuck? Email us with details and we'll help sort it out.
I accidentally deleted something - can I recover it?
The app creates automatic local backups, so recent data can often be recovered. Check the backup and restore options in settings. If you have cloud sync enabled, your data may also be recoverable from there. Contact us if you need help.
How do I report a bug?
We appreciate bug reports, they help us make the app better for everyone! Email us with a description of what happened, what you expected to happen, and any steps to reproduce the issue. Screenshots are always helpful too.

We aim to respond to all messages within 24-48 hours. During busy periods it may take a little longer, but we read every message and will get back to you as soon as we can. If your issue is urgent, please mention that in your subject line.
